What is EVA.ai?

EVA offers a cognitive suite of pre-configured solutions.

AI-powered Personalised Portals: ATS/CRM based portals with a dozen of widgets to configure hiring, candidate portals & self-service, talent management and learning & development functions.

Conversational AI Assistant: EVA Bot, a chatbot enabled with NLU, works as an assistant for collecting data, engaging employees by responding to FAQs using conversational AI and harnessing insights using recommendation algorithms.

Machine Learning and Predictive AI: EVA compiles relevant knowledge datasets to process data-driven decisions, recommendations and predictions. AI/ML can be added as an intelligent operating layer on the data and processes fed into the system and continuously trained to reach the most optimal operating model.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA): EVA is a configurable workflow management system for manual and repetitive tasks and provides endless automation possibilities on the platform. There are pre-configured RPA templates with rule-based outcomes which can be customised for specific use cases.

People Analytics: EVA aggregates data from ERP/other siloed systems to drive real-time visibility into HCM insights, allowing role-based metrics and dashboards. The platform uses predictive AI algorithms and ML capabilities, to configure core analytics metrics, and/or integrate with BI tech stack (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase etc.) to transform organisational data into strategic assets.

Connectors: EVA.ai is an open ecosystem with a modular microservices architecture to provide flexibility in customising functionality based on enterprise requirements, sync with different systems/ data sources with in-built security, access controls and standard compliance.
