Features include destination whitelisting, predefined call rates, vanity numbers, dashboards, emergency phone numbers, long code messaging, and more. The system allows users to monitor the network and receive alerts for suspicious activities in order to block unauthorized access. Besides, the HyperNetwork module assists organizations with re-routing calls during outages or unstable connections, in order to continue normal operations.
Flowroute includes customizable SMS/MMS capabilities, which allow teams to send reminders, multimedia content, and customer satisfaction surveys using proxy numbers, two-factor authentication, and APIs. Plus, the caller ID functionality lets users attach names to phone numbers in the contact database, improving call answer rate and engagement.
