The system's decision tree functionality allows support agents to collaborate on customer inquiries and search for previous responses to commonly asked questions. Using the intuitive dashboard, agents can utilize the system's picture guide and knowledge base, which gives a visual explanation for incoming tickets and adds a self-service customer experience.

Knowmax's omni-channel AI chatbot comes with natural language processing, which captures customer response data and analyzes conversations to enhance future dialogue.
