What is ConneXio?

ConneXio is a cloud-based customer interaction management software designed to help businesses manage contact database, priority call routing (PCR), agent scripting, and more. The automated call distribution (ACD) system enables administrators to automatically distribute incoming calls to available agents within the concerned departments.

The application lets managers listen to live calls and retrieve recorded calls from the database for review purposes. Features of ConneXio are voicemail routing, A/B testing, compliance management, call monitoring, historical reporting and analytics, workforce performance review, and more. It allows administrators to route calls to available agents based on the wait or handle time and customer-defined agent routing. ConneXio also includes agent scripts, which enables agents to resolve a customers’ queries through contextual guidance.

ConneXio provides an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party platforms such as Shopify, Zoho, Salesforce, ZenDesk, Konnektive, and more. The integrated interactive voice response (IVR) system enables agents to communicate with customers, collect information, and automatically route calls to specific teams.
