When actions are required, agents can go beyond text using MCP capabilities, connecting to external systems and tools such as CRMs, email, spreadsheets, webhooks, and apps like Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, and Notion using natural language instructions and structured workflows.

Tiledesk supports multilingual and multichannel deployments, including WhatsApp Business and Facebook Messenger, with smooth AI-to-human handover for complex or sensitive cases. Operational features include real-time analytics, queue and team organization, SLA settings, and smart assignment.
