Volaby's management platform for volunteering and nonprofit organizations includes opportunity and volunteer application workflows, management overviews, data analysis and sharing, and communication tools. It aims to streamline admin by automating manual processes, better volunteer engagement, and improved visibility of processes, volunteers, activities, and community impact.
The system simplifies the application process for prospective volunteers with sign-up links, customizable forms, manual approval checkpoints, and progress tracking. Registered volunteers can explore and apply for activities, set their availability status, and receive updates on activity selections. Management users have access to a database of volunteers and can monitor and select based on availability and suitability. Email or SMS communications are triggered automatically. Volaby also includes data collection to monitor impact, which may be shared with donors and stakeholders.
