What is vystem?
vystem.io was developed in-house in Munich. Both the Livestream Player and the video conferencing and meeting software were developed in-house, which has advantages in terms of data protection, usability and functions. Event participants, exhibitors and speakers do not need accounts with any third-party providers, but can use the platform 100% without any preparations. Isardigital GmbH also hosts the platform on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Thus, complying with crucial GDPR guidelines.
vystem covers all event areas with its own livestream player. It also offers pre-produced content, video conferencing for lectures, networking and 1:1 conversations, as well as an exhibitor area for brands, partners & sponsors with a representative company profile incl. trade fair layout. Further tools can be added as required via a modular system.
The clear added value when deciding in favor of vystem is the service. The software helps enable event organizers to optimize their event planning and execution. It allows them to support the onboarding of exhibitors and speakers and offer them the possibility to create and maintain their stand as a self-service or to plan slots for lectures and other meetings. Customers with the appropriate internal resources and the desire to build up the know-how internally can rely on a one-off training course with vystem in order to be able to plan and implement events completely independently in the future. There is also no limit to how many people or admins you can work with on projects.
To make events more personalized, vystem offers the possibility to fully integrate the user's own CI into the platform. This means that the design of the platform is adapted to their desired colors, fonts and background images. This ensures that event visitors as well as exhibitors feel as if they are participating in their event and not "just" using a tool. The recognition value of your brand is thus maximally ensured.
The all-in-one platform is specifically made for all types of virtual and hybrid events,. The ticket, admission and guest management system however is also made for face-to-face events.
