Having a robust solution to track all issues from birth all the way to resolution. The ease of use of the platform was what I liked best. Creating forms in Zendesk has been really terrible in the past. Trying to arrange them and sort was awful, but they did update that part of it.

It's been positive, but I would recommend shopping around to get the best tool for your firm. We are totally unhappy , every time we need support , it's really difficult to get someone with the right skills , so usually we skip and stay with bug / errors.
