Klipboard allows for the creation of any bespoke forms or reports for any type of task or job, which can then be allocated to the mobile worker, either as a scheduled or unscheduled task. The informative stats on the web dashboard, gives total oversight and management of a company's mobile workforce and provides real time insight into the business performance.
Once a task has been allocated to an employee, it can be viewed and completed on their mobile or tablet, even when offline. Mobile workers can receive client details, previous customer documents, location mapping and workflow forms with each task and can then capture required data, along with image and signatures.
The completed task can then be sent to the office in real time for review to either be re-allocated or completed. Once the task is completed, it will be stored in secure cloud storage and can be stylised to exact requirements to share by CSV or PDF to clients.
