Email inbound capabilities are great (maybe unique!). Easy to rollout, once you have a couple of basic admins, customising is quite powerful.

Used Atera for a free trial, as I liked the idea of not having to pay per endpoint. The software a was nice and clean, but very minimal in terms of advanced features and integrations. Hopefully the ticketing and reports will improve and we can start using them. For us, the parts we use are worth the price, but hopefully we can implement the other features.
