Pros
Deepser and Device 42 a complete solution for ticketing and asset management.
Ease of use; competent project managers and support team.
I do like this platform for many reasons. The main reason is that you can configure / edited in house.
Cons
Nothing in particular or it is too early to find defects.
There is no native App of Deepser, but it is web-responsive.

I contributed to the choice of Deepser that best met my client's needs. Moreover, it is integrated with the American Device 42 software that is more focused on Data Centers.

Lo strumento a copertura del Service Desk, IT Support & Asset management

Esperienza estremamente positiva anche grazie al supporto veloce e puntuale del team che sviluppa e manutiene il prodotto. Modello di pricing e copertura dei serivizi adeguato sia alle piccole stratup che alle aziende più strutturate

Pros

Lo strumento è in grado molto facilmente di adeguarsi ai processi aziendali di gestione e suporto ai clienti siano essi interni od esterni. Copre molti ambiti relativi alla gestione e governance dei processi di IT support e monitoraggio degli asset.

Cons

Nessuna problematica individuata, necessario avere molto chiaro il perimetro di intervento ed un piano di implementazione strutturato

Ottima piattaforma flessibile e personalizzanile per la gestione di pìù aree/attività aziendali

La possibilità di personalizzazione , la flessibilità dei moduli e la presenza di molte funzionalità già a bordo

Cons

Non è proprio no-code low-code ma lo si gestisce.

Finalmente, perfetto per le MSP!

Dopo svariate ricerche per un prodotto che si adattasse con facilità e personalizzazione alla nostra realtà con Deepser l'abbiamo trovata. Mi ha stupito la rapidità di nuove features e la precisione della roadmap. Molto soddisfatti per i moduli che usiamo noi, Help Desk, Knowledge Base, Password Manager, CMDB, CRM.

Pros

Costo, personalizzazione e semplicità sono i punti forti. Le API sono perfette! Con Deepser abbiamo centralizzato i nostri servizi.

Cons

Bisogna munirsi di pazienza iniziale per la startup, ma non credo esista un software dove non che sia calzato a pennello senza un attività iniziale di personalizzazione, anzi..
