This is a comprehensive program, which is amazing for the small cost. So there is a little bit of a learning curve for someone (like me!) who is slow to learn new computer programs. Also the ability to edit entries within matters makes running reports seamless. Additionally, the layout is very user friendly and clear as to how to navigate around the system.

That is frustrating, but I think eventually I will get it.

I used Actionstep in my previous company and it seems pretty good. However, after increasing the price, actionstep has not improved a lot and the billing system is still not work very good. We like how we can use our workflows to track each client thru the process. The reporting we receive is great and helps us stay on top of our business.

If you do not understand how to do something or how to fix something done in error, the Knowledge Base is usually very helpful but if you call for help it is always super fast and super helpful.

Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

The lack of drag and drop used to be the biggest con for me, since I upload files often. We have integrated it via its API with our in-house issue tracking software: the integration was a little awkward but once set-up hasn't given us any problems. Its flexibility and ease of use put Intervals in a class all its own in my opinion. Works great for our needs.

The software plays a very good role in tracking my time. I can manage my projects and tasks well systematically and lots of functionalities that are all wonderful to use. What i like most about time doctor is that the good UI in web portal, supports multiple integrations like jira cards/tickets. Automatically jira cards are shown in the timedoctor app.

I love the fact that it incorporates a spreadsheet element and "cards" and seamlessly pulls from one to the other. Super easy to wrap my head around that system. I also like how you can see a full history of everything that has happened. The workflow rules are nice (these seem pretty basic though - would love more options for these).

AvidXchange is excellent for tracking invoices through from entry to approval. The system allows for the creation of workflows to ensure invoices are being approved by appropriate individuals. We would sometimes have invoices lost in the processing phases when we did everything through fax and on paper.
