We had to because of our church database and services. There is a bit of a hiccup when bringing over names of people with the same phone number. I wish you could pick between the 2 instead of it picking one for you.

I use Planning Center form submissions on our website and publish QR codes to create lists. I set them to automatically update on a weekly basis into clearstream.

Our church utilizes planning center as our foundational information center. Being able to integrate this system with clearstream was of main importance for us.

This is our church database, its helpful that the programs work with each other and we can create workflows between them, as well as adding data to PCO

We need to be able to manage our contact lists once, not having to manually update in multiple locations. Clearstream integrates wonderfully with PCO.

We use Planning Center for all of our database needs. The fact that the programs sync was the deciding factor in purchasing this service.

All our church & congregation info is in Planning Center so it was imperative that we could use something that works well with it.

Clearstream worked seamlessly with Planning Center. I only had to make a list in Planning Center to populate subscriber info.

I would rather have everything just in Clearstream, I think?? Or there is more to planning center that I am not realizing?

We choose what lists to sync and as soon as changes are made in planning center, they instantly appear in Clearstream

We manage all congregants information and phone numbers through planning center so this integration is critical.

We organize people in planning center plus it’s great to access numbers already in planning center to text them.

I’m not sure if every time I add someone to planning center if they are also added to clear stream.

Keeping Planning Center as our basis for people management yet allowing robust texting capabilities

This is our main database and it was absolutely necessary to be able to integrate with Clearstream

We esclusive use Planning Center and the seamless integration with Clearstream is very important.

Convenient and much faster than logging into our Clearstream account to send messages.

I sync my parent and volunteer list. I would just export csv without this function.
