Support is good.  As always, the user documantation lacks mentioning a lot of its user features but after some time playing with it, you soon discover these.  Not sure why these companies only let their developers write the documentation without asking users to point out user features and functionality that's important, as developers overlook documenting these.  Should be a joint thing.

However, while some of them must be prioritized, others are taken care of later on in the development process. In most cases it is pretty hard to imagine all scenarios that will require more information and therefore we encourage our users to address it if they need a certain information to be added into our help center.

Creatopy (Bannersnack) has allowed us to launch HTML5 ads in market way faster than when we were using desktop tools. I can tweak creative even if my design team (who is across the world) is off the clock. I'm excited to see this next iteration with Creatopy to see if it streamlines our workflow even more. I've found the account team to be helpful and they are always willing to train new team members.

Regarding the differences between editing the entire set or a specific size of it, you might notice that while in a specific individual size, you do not have access to the main menu on the left, adding new elements to the composition not being available. In conclusion, the attributes that can help you identify a set or an individual size in the set would be the TIMELINE (which is only available in the individual size) and the MAIN MENU (which is only available in the general view of the set).

Working in a digital agency means you have to move fast. While it might be appealing at first to create pixel-perfect designs for banners, one at a time, the context simply doesn't permit it. So Bannersnack removed a lot of headaches and sped up our ads design process. Highly recommended!

Our main focus is making sure that you are getting the most out of our platforms functionality and it's features, reason for which we'd like to offer you some tips related to the available options for making alignments easier.In order to make this easier, you can use the ruler provided in the creator to create orientation patterns using lines that can be set across the banner. For more information on the ruler, you can check out this article created by our team. Also, for a more perfect alignment, you can also use the arrow keys on the keyboard, once you've selected an element to make very subtle changes in the position of the elements. Each tap on the arrow key, once you've selected an element, should move it in the desired direction pixel by pixel. This way you should be able to achieve perfection when aligning the elements.

Once you rolled out with your new interface, I lost all the ads I had created on your site. It meant for all those 30us campaigns, I had to start from scratch on afs that maybe needed just a minor change to copy or color. I lost a lot of time.

We are currently working on adding a feature that will allow users to individually format text which will add a lot more flexibility when working with text layers. We are also working on adding a Library portion that will help users better store and organize their images. Regarding the deletion of uploaded images, you can achieve that by going to Add Images -> My images, selecting the image you want to delete and clicking on the "i" icon from the bottom right corner of the screen, then clicking on the delete button. It's super easy to create high-quality banners. 

As far as creating, deploying, and managing banners is concerned, it does its job well enough. The whole user dashboard is quite user-friendly. But the speed of loading up the banners was way too slow, and this may have ultimately affected the banner CTR, among other possible factors.

i think the biggest benefit is the ease of use and how quickly we can turn beautiful ads.

                                                       Prior to using Bannersnack Our team was using Photoshop to create all of our digital ad assets. The tool was good but what we've found was that it was challenging and time consuming to create all the different ad formats and sizes that we needed to run campaigns.
                                                       We ended up going with Bannersnack for a couple of reasons. First, we love the idea that we can create ad templates that automatically populated into different sizes. So we saved a ton of time as a team there, and then quite frankly, compared to the cost that we're paying for Photoshop licenses, it made a lot of sense to look at Bannersnack as a tool to scale our efforts.
                                                       The onboarding process for Bannersnack was really straightforward. We didn't integrate it with any of our other tools so for us, it was basically sign up at our users and get used to using the tool. The tool itself was really intuitive. The team grasped how to use it really quickly and integrated it into their workflows, basically right after signing up for it, probably same day we were generating banners through Bannersnack as opposed to Photoshop.
                                                       I'd totally recommend Bannersnack to any team that's looking at it. We found that the time savings were significant with the tool, we realized right away that we can shave hours off of our workflow when it came to creating banners. I guess the only consideration I'd encourage you to keep in mind is that it's not a direct replacement for Photoshop, you're still going to need to use Photoshop for different types of materials and assets, but it's a great tool to augment your team's workflows when it comes to creating digital ad assets.

                                                       Before Bannersnack, we were actually using Adobe products to make HTML5 banners. We didn't even know Bannersnack existed until we did a little bit of research online and found that it made things a million times easier than the way we were actually doing them.
                                                       The reason that we chose Bannersnack was because we had a client come to us and ask if we could do HTML5 banners, and it wasn't something that we really could do at that point. We were just making gifs with Adobe products, but it was a really, really big client, so we wanted to say yes. So we said yes, and decided that we would figure it out. So did a little bit of research because our graphic designer basically said that they're not super easy to make, and it wasn't something that she specialized in. So a little quick Google search, found Bannersnack, and even just from their website, it was everything that we possibly could need in this super easy format, and it had a free trial.
                                                       And we basically figured out that this product that we had never been able to offer, which was HTML5 banners, we could now make ourselves in just a couple minutes. And it was super easy to use and it opened up a whole new thing that we could do for our clients. We actually ended up booking more business, being able to tell our clients, we do HTML5 banners now. So it was pretty great.
                                                       The onboarding for Bannersnack was super easy. It was basically sign up for your free trial, and I think it was two weeks or a month, but I would say within an hour, I already felt like I was an expert and had made a bunch of banners. The user interface was really intuitive. It was very drag and drop and click and edit, and took no time at all to figure out how to use it. And they actually export in all possible formats. So made it, downloaded it, and it was good to go.
                                                       I would highly recommend Bannersnack for anybody considering it. Just do the free trial. I think even in that small amount of time that they give you, you can very quickly see how beneficial it is and how easy it is to use. And the simplest thing to do is just make one, just attempt one. They even have a ton of templates that you can use if you don't have that creative side and just want to edit something that they've already created. Or you can start from scratch and make your own. But just do the free trial and attempt to make one. See how easy it is.
