I have had a excellent experience with Maybe- fast paced, agile, rewarding and informative
Very Easy to use, great team on hand to help support you from the beginning, any feature you need they immediately are ready to look at how they can help you. There is always something a bit scary for some people regarding insights and the graphs make it so easy to navigate that everyone in my company found it relatively easy to understand.
I was looking for a way of understanding how we could actually find out the value in terms of physical spend of someone on our social media channels as it was for shopping centres and they didn't have the function at the time BUT they are looking at ways to make it happen.

It's been great. Its become a crucial part of my social media management and provide insight that I didn't even know was available. It's a great tool, especially considering the price point. I'd certainly reccomend it.
Once set up, Maybe* is a super efficient way of keeping on top of all our social channels, plus our clients' channels, in one place. There are loads of tools within the platform which enable us to ensure our content is on point and that we're providing the best levels of service for our clients. Absolutely love the reporting function, it makes collating reports so easy and fast. It's been a real game-changer!
There's a lot of functions which can be a bit daunting, but there's a huge help section with video tutorials which is worth checking out. I regularly attend the free webinars which keep me up to date.

I really love how all my feeds can be found in one place and I can easily see all my key influencers who need engaging with, without having to switch between channels natively. A game changer. I also find the assign function very helpful, should I want to flag posts to a client for further action. It's quick, simple and effective.
The Instagram integration is still not completely streamline.

Overall, the platform works as advertised, and it also has some perks that they don't even advertise.
The first thing that I like about using Maybe is that you can easily get started with the most important tasks even if you are new to the platform. Also, the dashboard provides a useful overview of your connected accounts' insights. You get to see how your ads are performing, who you can engage, reply to comments, and know the people that are talking about your brand. There's another really cool feature: the Chatbot. The Chatbot lets you integrate chatbots built with ManyChat to engage your audience on messenger. Another feature that businesses and brands may find useful is Local Rewards, but this is only available to businesses in the UK.
Maybe* is a social media listening tool, and it covers the basics of social media listening. There's really nothing lacking here based on what it's supposed to do.
