Octopush offers bulk SMS sending, allowing businesses to dispatch messages to thousands of contacts at once. Users can send marketing communications such as event invitations, coupons, promotions, or personalized greetings. Transactional SMS functionality enables the sending of automated messages for order confirmations, appointment reminders, one-time passwords, and more. Octopush can also be used to collect information through SMS polls, surveys, and forms for contacts to fill in.
Octopush includes various campaign templates and users can create their own custom templates, which can be personalized with customer details. Messages can be scheduled to send at a specific time and date, and users can track campaign performance statistics after messages are sent. Any recipients who respond to messages with 'STOP' are automatically blacklisted by the platform to prevent further messages being sent to them. Octopush also allows users to configure custom alerts for SMS credit usage.
