Personyze helps marketing and e-commerce teams personalize their websites with AI, without developers. Its AI personalization agent takes a request in plain language, such as giving returning visitors from a partner site their own offer, and builds the campaign with real targeting rules in a staging copy for review. AI product and content recommendations pick items for each visitor on product, category, cart and home pages and in email, learning from what similar visitors chose. The AI Chat Agent answers visitor questions from the site's own pages, documents and catalog, and the AI Product Finder turns a shopper's own description of what they need into catalog picks with the reason each one fits. AI Promotions decides which banner, offer or coupon each visitor sees. Teams can also target by behavior, geography, device, referral source, cart contents, CRM data and company, and test every change with A/B tests that report results per audience. Inspire me, a free AI personalization tool, scans any website and suggests campaigns with mockups of the personalized pages. Personyze installs with one tag or a tag manager and has apps for Shopify, WordPress and Drupal.
