It has been great. They do make you jump through a couple hoops each year but, in the grand scheme of things, very minimal.
QuestionPro is great software for what we need. We initially got it because we wanted something that could run offline and on tablets and then be synced at a later time. We ended up not using that use case but have continued to use it for our intake form. It is great because it is very easy to customize question and add and format as necessary. It is a little bit of overkill for what we need but...
For what we use it for, there is nothing that I really dislike. I would say it may be a little complicated for our needs. It is also a little industrial as opposed to some other solutions that are more consumer centric. But those a far outweighed by the features and value of the product.

QuestionPro's functionality and features offer a premium survey platform when compared to others. It has exactly what we need to get the data and information we need from our audience. I highly prefer QuestionPro over other platforms.
The features provided in QuestionPro are light years beyond what is offered in more common survey platforms.
QuestionPro does take a bit of a learning curve for those who are unfamiliar with survey design, but this can be easily overcome.

We use questionpro for our data collection needs across various projects, and the experience has been amazing. customized forms allows us to create surveys to our specific need, he analytics feature is particularly impressive, The user-friendly interface and the wide range of question types available make it easy to design and distribute surveys.
Some bug fixes required in several places. overall a great app.

When signing up for QuestionPro, we signed up specifically to use their "FlexGrid" question. I emailed specifically asking which level of membership we needed in order to use this question and was told we needed a corporate membership. Weeks after signing up, after paying and as we were preparing to pilot our study, the flex grid question was suddenly no longer available. When I questioned this,...

Our overall experience has been very good. For the types of surveys we do as local government, we have been able to meet our needs with the 'non-profit' license just fine.
We get nearly everything the software offers on our non-profit account. Support has traditionally been very responsive for us!
There are just a few limitations with the non-profit account, but they are mostly things we rarely need anyway. We recently stumbled upon a limitation that left us baffled: some complex questions aren't included in the analytics dashboard. But there isn't even a list of them to refer to ahead of time. Also, limited to just one person that can use it.
