In my business I have gone paper free, which is a bit of a pain when you need something signed. There's a lot of ways to sign things, but often I find it doesn't work, goes in the wrong spot, or only works with a mouse (which makes for horrid signatures). This really works great for my purposes and has made life a bit easier in day-day business management.
You can sign where you need to on the document, and I love that you can use your tablet or phone and pen/finger to sign, making it feel very similar to pen and paper! Eversign stores your completed documents, or you can keep them privately and delete them/expire them as needed. The free version of the software allows you to do 5 documents per month, which is very reasonable for a small business. The next tier up, allows for unlimited documents and a bunch of added value as well!
The in person signing feature they offer is only available on a high tier, but it isn't super necessary, just a bit annoying. All the pricing and billing is in USD, so something to keep in mind as a Canadian.

What I like the most about Xodo Sign is we reduce the use of paper in the office. Electronic documents are way more easy to organize and update. Xodo Sign gives us all the tools we need to edit, send, and sign documents in seconds and track all our documents in one repository that we can access anywhere at any time. Also our organization is under GDPR, Xodo Sign is way too perfect for us for legal validity and compliance.
As much as I like most of the features of Xodo Sign, there is a limit to sending documents in bulk. So we have to manually send the document to individuals with the same information. If we only have 25 API Requests for a month and if we have 100 users required to receive and sign the document, we need to send the remaining 75 documents to 75 individuals manually and that would take too much of our time.

Keeps us so organized with minimal effort
We use many contracts for many purposes and it's great to have once program keep track of who has received a contract and who has signed. It also automatically send reminders to those who don't sign right away. A real time-saver.
We sometimes have info we need the signer to fill in and although the software allows for that, they can also sign without completing all the info. Maybe there is a way to avoid that but I haven't found it yet

Inexpensive trial. I was off and running in a couple of hours. Solved my problem in less than 1/2 day!!
This program made it much easier to work with owners and tenants in the property management industry.
Really nothing. It was easy to poke around the user interface and figure it out.

Overall, Xodo Sign is a great solution for signing and sharing digital documents. It is easy to use, with a friendly user interface and reasonable pricing. However, there are still some areas where it could improve, such as the document sharing feature and mobile app. Despite this, Xodo Sign is still a great option for those looking to sign and share documents quickly and securely.
Xodo Sign is a great solution for signing digital documents. It is easy to use, with a friendly user interface that makes it simple to upload, sign, and share documents. The pricing is very reasonable, making it a great option for businesses or individuals that need to sign documents quickly and securely.
While Xodo Sign is generally a great product, there are some areas where it could improve. For example, the document sharing feature is limited to only a few file formats and does not have the ability to send documents securely. Additionally, the mobile app could be improved to make it easier to sign and share documents on the go.

The experience has been great! Getting client signatures and gathering info has been a breeze. And it took no time at all to set up.
I'm using the free tier currently. But it's still feature-packed compared to others I have used and researched. The branding really stands out. Adding a logo to your dashboard and the emails sent to signers is a must and everisgn delivers. Also, being able to customize your dashboard for your brand colors is a nice touch. Though there were many features, setup and deployment was simple. There are a lot of customizable features...even on the free tier! And setting up and sending a documents out is super simple and easy. Final plus here, you get more documents to send for signature with eversign's free tier than most others I looked into. A+!
The feature set goes FAR beyond just getting signatures. You can customize forms and collect responses. Which is amazing! There are many variables and inputs to choose from. Plus, you can choose input validation and requirements. The only cons I can come up with are that some of the data types (like date signed) can't be customized. It's stuck at the default size, so you can't "make it match" the other text size on the form. With everything else, this is small potatoes.

Overall, I was very happy with Eversign. A better deal came along so I took it so I don't have to pay monthly but I don't like this new platform nearly as much as I liked using Eversign. I just don't use these platforms enough to make it worth the money for me. But I highly recommend Eversign if you need this type of platform.
I used Eversign for years before making a switch and the only reason I switched was because I got a lifetime deal for 1 payment on another platform. However, I don't like the other platform as much as I liked Eversign. I really liked everything about Eversign except a couple small things which I will list in the cons section. Eversign is easy to use, didn't have any glitches or weird things happen...
The biggest con for me was simply the limit of templates in the different price points and that I don't use a eSigning platform enough to make it worth spending the extra money to get more templates. However, having to prep a new document each time adding in the boxes for clients to fill out and everything was so time consuming and annoying.

Centralized, easy, digital signing repository that can scale with my business and the various customer/vendor/investor/compliance requirements I have that need tracking and signed. We are also looking at signing integrations with our App for our customers - Eversign is top of that list if multi-tenant iPaaS is part of your roadmap
Initially - the trial period really hooked me in. I tried 3 other vendors for their trial periods and Eversign provided the most satisfying testing environment for me to assess the platform and features I need. Currently, now that I'm post-trial, I just really appreciate how easy the Eversign platform is to use. I had to send a document to all our investors for end-of-year financials and Eversign made it incredibly easy to manage For future use - templates are what I'm most excited about. I'm redesigning our agreement structure for new customers and the templates will make this incredibly easy to manage and deploy.
The dashboard needs some UX work. I also need to add notes when signers choose other methods for document signing. For example, being multiple stakeholders, one decided they preferred to download-print-sign-scan-return. I would like to add notes in Eversign about what happened to that signature (and then append that doc to the package if possible). It is a little tricky switching between names and assigning signatures sometimes. I had to re-work some documents as I mistakenly had the wrong people signing in certain sections because of the selection/clicks work.

I work 100 percent remotely with my bookkeeping clients. My customers expect fast turnarounds on all deliverables and sophisticated use of online tools to get the job done. Sending one another contracts by mail just will not work in that context, especially given the increased unreliability of USPS nowadays. Eversign also supports my ability to begin work and therefore billing as soon as possible.
As a bookkeeper in solo practice, I generally onboard anywhere from zero to three or four clients per month. I use Eversign to set up digitally signed, legally binding engagements with my clients. Eversign also allows me to sign documents such as a W9, a HIPAA confidentiality agreement, or other papers that my customers may require. Eversign's free option allows me to get the job done without paying for a level of service that my micro-business simply doesn't need. I am very happy with Eversign's generosity to low-volume users like myself, given that the product is high quality and easy to use.
I have no complaints. Eversign is easy to use. I've also never received feedback regarding navigational challenges from even one client.

Xodo Sign helps me easily manage the signature process at a more reasonable cost than other tools, with more features available to solo or small businesses, and a better user experience overall.
They have the most generous free plan that comes with excellent control features (branding, signing format options, security permissions). The interface is clean and professional without being overwhelming for solo users. Their customer service has also been excellent with the questions I've had. I've also been the most impressed with their help docs—they're concise and clear. Other tools have a temporary free trial, with more features paywalled, their paid tiers only make sense for large businesses, and their documentation can be overly complex to navigate and read.
There's some slight confusion with the name. They were recently called Eversign, now are Xodo Sign, but they still use Eversign in the URL. I assume they are working on a plan for that to change, but honestly even if it didn't, I'm happy enough with their product that I can overlook it.

Eversign is making it so I am able to continue to do business during the COVID-19 pandemic. We also try to be a paperless company & being able to obtain signatures without printing the documents is a huge plus!
It is extremely easy to use. The process of creating the document for signature is very easy, you are able to customize the fields which is very helpful. I love that you can incorporate your business logo into the process so that it appears on the email that is sent to the customer. The customers I have sent documents to all told me how easy it was to sign.
I have not found any cons to this software yet. Everything works as it is supposed to and I have not had any issues.

Eversign is a software package that you would think would have very little features based on the price. However, even the free version has many features available (limited number of signatures per month) but enough to test drive and realize that it compares equally to the big names in the industry. I love all the features it offers me and my team. Now more than ever this software is needed for non-face to face and it has allowed me to transition my business seamlessly online and still have compliance in the financial services industry. I would highly recommend it to anyone!
Love the dashboard. It's easy to follow everything at a glance. Adding contacts and documents is a breeze and so is setting up signature blocks and other fields required. I love the branding across the site, emails and documents. Makes me look even more professional.

Inexpensive and works great
I am not a proficient user so have not yet got the hang of Templates. I am not amazing at setting the Signatures and Initials up quickly. But once done and sent to the client it is the simplest of tasks for them to read. Initial once and sign once, no matter how many initials and signatures there are. Then you and the client can download multiple documents as one or as a combined PDF. It works well and the best thing is the high return I have got from sending out a large number already.
Templates are too tricky to work out so far There is no automatic password in place for security if you send it to the wrong email Clients don't like that to set up an account they need to choose an eversign unique URL

We moved away from Docusign as it was too expensive for us, Eversign suits our needs better. As a small business, our staff members are stretched to full capacity so integrations with OneDrive and Dopbox have been really helpful in streamlining our processes.
Inclusion of templates - a lot of other platforms I trialled don't include templates at all Easy to navigate Informative dashboard, I particularly like the widget showing how many documents have been sent in the current month - will help me monitor our requirements Integration with Dropbox and OneDrive
When part way through adding fields, if you need to go back to the previous page to add a signer, the fields already added to existing signers are lost. Would like these to be saved while going back to previous page.

Overall price, quality, easy to use for my self and my clients. I used a different one before and as I browsed other options I came across this one, loved the layout and I was won over when I seen the different language options for clients to sign. This is crucial as I have diverse clients. I highly recommend Eversign!
The dashboard lay out.Love that you can pick out different languages for individual people!! This feature is very unique!
An app would be nice, I use my iPad when I am not near my computer so its not a big deal. If there is an app please let me know.

Contract processing times and appraisal times are surely a number of days and emails shorter now. It has surely been a while now since we last powered up our scanners to upload hardcopy-signed documents or used couriers to send documents to our clients. Everything is now prepared, shipped, and completed digitally thanks to eversign.
The user-friendliness is the best part of using Eversign. No need for any downloads or confusing learning curves. It's as simple as a plug-and-play device. Considering features, I would pick the detailed and live audit trailing to be my favorite eversign asset. It tells me when a document has been opened and signed without the need for a process update email just to inform.
No complaints from me. Nor any member of my team either. The biggest fear expressed by some of our collaborators were about security, and eversign guarantees top-notch digital protections.

Recently I'm focusing more on how we can do our part to help the environment. Xodo Sign is a great way to cut back on paper products and postage costs. We save time while saving the planet in a small way.
Xodo Sign is used three different ways. Type, upload, or draw out signature. Initials are another option. The best part is that data is secure and signed documents are legally binding and compliant.
In person signing was something I wanted but it wasn't available in the plan I purchased. I don't know if it is in the other plans but since we don't need those it's basically irrelevant anyway.

Xodo sign is pretty good. Sign from any device with chrome or the app. Stylus compatible. Auto save. Highlighting and underlining is easy. No ads.Oh and there's dark mode on the app.
My good rating is for Xodo Sign after you pay for a subscription. Not for using it as a free app. In the past you could use it for free without much difficulty. Now they've started making it a point to get you to subscribe. The three tab limit is insane - I heard they fixed it but changed it back or something. Can't convert anything either. It doesn't seem to sync if you use with say your computer and your phone.

When compared to other major companies, the Free tier plan has a lot to offer. It allows you the ability to try out the majority of the functionality while also being sufficient for working on a very limited basis. We tested them all to apply this type of signature in our company, and it unquestionably provides more to the client than the other e-sign options.
Templates are currently too difficult to figure out. If you submit it to the incorrect email address, there is no automated password setup in place for security. Customers dislike having to select an exclusive Eversign URL in order to set up an account.
