platform connects customers, field technicians, equipment, and back-office teams on a single system

— replacing paper-based processes, disconnected spreadsheets, and legacy software with digital

workflows that accelerate service-to-cash cycles. Core capabilities include: Digital Field Ticketing to

eliminate paper tickets and invoicing errors; Scheduling & Dispatch with GPS tracking and geo

fencing; Work Order Management from creation through approval and invoicing; Preventive

Maintenance scheduling with automated notifications; Asset & Equipment Tracking with full service

history; Contract, Lease & Rental Management; Inventory Management across warehouses and

trucks; Timesheet & Crew Management with biometric verification; Customer Service Portal for real

time job visibility, and a Mobile App (iOS/Android) that works offline and syncs automatically.

FieldEquip integrates with ERP and accounting systems, including SAP, Oracle, Infor, Sage,

QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and OpenInvoice (Enverus). The platform is used by mid

market and enterprise field service organizations to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), improve

technician productivity, and gain real-time operational visibility.
