Fieldpoint is a comprehensive field service and project management solution, targeting industry users across IT service and telecommunications, medical devices, HVAC, refrigeration, security systems, and more. Built to integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM, the cloud-based or on-premise deployment promises responsive design for universal device access and native companion app support across iOS and Android. Features begin with field service management and contracts to cover scheduling/dispatch, workflow escalations and notifications, plus support for undertaking preventative maintenance. Work orders can be managed from the intuitive dashboard UI, recording incident reports to service desk and adding service project installation orders.

Fieldpoint also allows for parts and inventory control and purchasing, along with customer billing/ERP integrations via Microsoft Dynamics GP. Planning and scheduling resources then extend to dispatch tools for field service and longer duration jobs, adding a drag-and-drop calendar for scheduling call appointments, technicians or resources.
