Multichannel shipping & inventory management software

4.97/5 (39 reviews)

Multiorders overview

Multiorders is a cloud-based, multi-channel order, inventory and shipping management solution for eCommerce sellers. The software can be integrated with multiple eCommerce marketplaces, shipping carriers, and shopping carts, including Amazon, Ebay, Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Ecwid, CS-Cart, UPS, USPS, FedEx, myHermes, and more.

With Multiorders, users can control their stock levels and prices across multiple channels, ship from multiple warehouses, and manage Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) stock, all from a single platform. Low stock alerts notify users when inventory is running low, and products can be organized using categories and tags. Orders are synced from multiple marketplaces, and users can also manually enter orders as necessary. Pick lists and invoices can be printed, and order histories, insights, and reports can be generated.

Multiorders allows users to connect to all of their shipping accounts, to automatically generate labels when a carrier is selected, update order statuses, and provide package tracking information. With all shipping costs presented in a single view, users can also select the cheapest shipping option. Additionally, Multiorders can be used to fulfill orders from Amazon or other platforms with Amazon FBA stock.

Inventory and order management, statistics and analyticsAs a small multi-channel business owner I've found Multiorders extremely helpful. I sell t-shirts on Bonanza and Etsy and managing orders and inventory on both seems like a chore. I've set up Multiorders for my business right from the start and I'm very happy that I did. It basically merges both my shops into one, as far as order, inventory and shipping management is concerned. Their dashboard also allows me to easily compare my shops to each other side by side in terms of sales numbers and revenue. Also, it allows me to track my most active business hours for better marketing campaign efficiency.

I just finished my first month on their trial version. It was an excellent experience. I've already signed up for a paid plan and I will not be looking around for anything else. Multiorders makes handling my Etsy and eBay stores very simple. I was reluctant to branch out and create my own website before, but after trying their order, inventory and shipping management solution I've already started looking into opening my own dedicated online store.

My business has grown significantly over the past two months I've been using Multiorders, due to all the time and money saved with this amazing tool. I've expanded to triple the amount of sales channels (started on 2 now it's 6). In terms of order, inventory and shipping management, the workload hasn't grown noticeably. Best decision I've ever made was signing up for Multiorders.I mostly like the scalability. It's infinite. Most of the time if you use a software of this sort either the performance or the cost quickly gets out of hand as your business grows. This is not the case with Multiorders. They have a very conservative price curve, and the enterprise plan makes it the best option in the market by far.

I use it to the full potential. Order, inventory and shipping management. Also for reports and statistics.I didn't even need to sign up to get a live one on one demo of how Multiorders works. Afterwards signing up doesn't require any credit card info. Their free trial offers a lot of time to get used to how everything works and try out the full functionality of the software. Getting started took me only a few minutes from registering to integrating my shop and getting my first order in.

It is a great centralised dashboard that connects everything I need for my business, including inventory, shipment and order management, sales reports and label printing.I like that they help you set everything up. When I got lost a few times they pointed me in the right direction calmly and politely. Their customer support doesn't treat any question as stupid, which is a nice touch. Whatever I asked, was answered in great detail.
