Customer service

We have looked into this type of software for years and we have found that Smart Service was the best fit for our company. It's not trying to take over you existing system, it works with what you have been using for years. The only thing that I would change it some of the customization's are limited. Smart Service does listen to there customers and and are constantly coming out with improved updates based on the feed back. Overall I think we made a great choice.

Great integration

My main reason for switching to Smart Service was the desire to eliminate double entry by having a scheduling program that integrates with Quick books and had a mobile application for techs to use on the field.
