What is SpotDraft?

SpotDraft is a contract management software designed to help legal, sales, and other business teams create, manage, analyze, collaborate on, approve, execute, and track contracts on a unified platform. Administrators can configure access permissions for staff members and monitor multiple contracts across teams on a centralized dashboard.

SpotDraft allows organizations to track a document's edit history and collaborate with team members or external stakeholders on shared contracts. Lawyers can use the artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled platform to identify or review errors while drafting contracts and automatically extract definitions to reference them contextually. Managers can receive notifications or reminders about key dates, obligations, status changes, contract edits or renewals, and other instances. Supervisors can also set up conditional workflows to trigger approval processes for any contract.

Using SpotDraft's search engine, sales teams can retrieve information based on agreement name, contract type, and counterparty. Administrators can maintain an audit trail of changes made by staff members and use the eSignature functionality to validate documents according to requirements. Managers can also store contracts in a cloud-based repository and filter them using relevant attributes.

I can never go back to editing templates in Word. The HubSpot integration and the reminder emails are super useful. Plus the search means we don't have to dig through folders and emails to find contracts.

We run a lean sales team and having SpotDraft has made it possible to create a contract in seconds. Instead of manually copy pasting stuff from Hubspot, it automatically fills everything and creates a proper contract. The in-built DocuSign style signing is great too as we don't have to pay for it also.

Needed to reach out to the customer support for a few changes to the template, would love to be able to do that on my own. Thankfully they are super responsive and made the changes within a few hours so.
