Customers can use the self-service portal to view notifications on status updates, access quotes and invoices, and process electronic payments. Managers can track the live location of field workers and send custom job reports to clients with details including task descriptions, images, digital signatures, and optional cost breakdowns.
Workever enables enterprises to filter task details based on status, priority, customer ID, date range, assigned field worker, or job type. Users can also generate reports based on quotes, jobs, invoices, system log-ins, and staff members, and export files in CSV/XLS format.
