First time user didn’t take me long to learn basics and technical support assistance was very helpful during the first weeks.Great customer service always followed up and making sure everything is working fine.
Work Order very friendly and easy to useCreate Templates or modify Lost and Found Add photos or take photos is a plus !! Makes much easier during rush times to create work orders or log lost & found while you’re on the floors or doing a walk through
1) Other Languages for Users select on their profile2) Common Log both multiple departments made notes during same shift3) Map of Rooms when using Preventive Maintenance and/or Deep Cleaning Rooms and even for Monthly Projects

Great experience, good customer support with quick turn around times, like we are accustomed to in the hospitality industry! Strong team building new-age software users enjoy engaging with.
I've seen several tools but Xenia has by far the nicest user interface which makes it an easy tool for teams to adopt.
It might be a little feature light, however the team is constantly pushing new innovations and features.

I liked the customer service the most, I think they have best in class service. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers experience and will take all feedback and develop their software around that feedback.
The user interface can be a bit overwhelming for someone that is new to this type of software. Having a place to view all archived reports/tasks will make this software more usable for record keeping over a long period of time.

Our business was in limbo with a rival platform that failed to offer us the support we required.Xenia Team was so professional, reassuring & supportive of our needs & requirements.Over a month with Xenia now & the support, not only via email but Teams meetings too, shows their dedication & support to their customers.
Customer relations & service are second to none with one on one live support.Once inspections are built, the app does the hard work for you.Monitor reports & schedules easily & the chat function is a great asset.

Very pleased with the customer service and flexibility of the product
Xenia is extremely easy to use with as much flexibility as you could ever need. You can have all of your safety, operating procedures and company policies in one place for all to see and use.
So far we haven’t had any issues with Xenia

Our overall experience was really good. The Xenia team was fast and responsive. We felt they listened to our needs and found solutions timely for us. They are very passionate about building a platform that meets the needs of their clients.
I liked the ease of use. It was easy to maneuver through the tasks and inspections.
There were some product features that our team needed on the reporting side and overall dashboard that were not developed yet.

Beyond my expectations! [sensitive content hidden] and the rest of the team have been incredibly support and patient as we've learned how to use the system and tailor it to our needs.
Streamling all the different aspects of running a boutique property between my support staff and myself. Xenia has simplified our lives, reduced - close to eliminated all - text messaging, while allowing us to maintain the highest of standards in the services we provide.
I'd love to see a calendar option with special notes. Sometimes there are little things we do in the guest rooms like leaving champagne or fresh flowers - it would be great to add that to the calendar.

Xenia provides more functionality for the cost than any other software. It did help us to build a huge database whereby guest complaints/issues, frequencies of issue can be analyzed and completely tracked. Xenia is a great synchronizing tool that has helped us to put different department efforts together on one platform.
It's pretty users-frindly solution where you could easily reconcile efforts of your team for resolving guest related issues in day-to-day hopitality operation.
Xenia still to develop more interfacing software. (Since, it's passably a new product in the market so it's understandable)

Xenia is very user friendly and as an admin, I am able to track real time work orders and our maintenance team progress. Communication with our maintenance team has improved since using the program.
Everything is working out great and the only feedback is the description font size on the app.

Good experience on managing ticketing system for such a big organization
the system GUI it self is easy to maneuver. Its very for guest to create and get update on the issue they mention.
More reporting to be enabled as template for easy management on reporting end.

I liked the fact that in Xenia we had the ability to add our own customized checklists.
I cannot think of anything that I don't really like about this software.

We haven't used Xenia very long but since launch we were able to improve our tracking and task executions of what is most dear... our asset.
The check list function is the most important feature. It allows you to illustrate exactly what you executed and see results in real time.
There is not much that I don't like about this app. All of my concerns were answered and corrected. With much more features to come.

Nice team to work with, we ended up with Quore instead.
