What is Chrometa?
It's really easy to create accurate timesheets with Chrometa. You just let the "passive" time tracker run on your Mac or PC while you work. Meanwhile, Chrometa will act as your personal timekeeper. It will not what applications you were working in... and specifically what you were working on.
For example, when you send an email, Chrometa will report back that you sent a Gmail message. It will also log the To/From and Subject Line of the email, and it will tell you how long you spent composing the email.
Then, if Chrometa identifies a "keyword match" with one of your Clients and/or Projects, it will assign this time entry automatically to the appropriate place.
The result is you'll have a Timesheet being created for you on the fly. Then, at the end of the day, you can assign your other time entries to their appropriate projects. You can export your Timesheet out to a 3rd party billing or practice management system, or directly to an invoice.
