What is Primetric?

Primetric is a resource, project, and finance management platform geared toward IT business services, digital agencies, and software developing companies. Available only in English, this cloud-based tool maintains a database of projects and developers as a single source of truth for the entire company to reduce planning and boost profitability. Users can track & plan development tasks and availability or calculate project profitability based on real-time data.

Project managers can edit assignments, match projects to skills, balance workloads, assign tasks, and designate administrators for quick access using its drag-and-drop interface. Its built-in reports provide insights into profit margins, resource allocation, staff availability, individual performance, and team capacity. With graphs showing monthly billable output for projects and people, team leads can also make informed budgeting forecasts based on developers’ positions and seniority levels.
