Pros and cons

It is incredibly user-friendly, easy to configure, and provides great visibility into everyday tasks and processes essential for any company to remain effective and efficient.
Very easy-to-use interface and an easy-to-understand dashboard that makes forms, organizes workflows more fun and the support team is always ready to help at any time.
This has been very helpful and I know my employees are thankful in that it keeps me on task for payments to subs.
We had some issue during installation that were terribly frustrating, luckily, they were able to address our concerns and find satisfactory resolutions.
We're working in the insurance field and Pyrus became an indispensable tool when it comes to daily workflows. There is a mess of everyday routine, though it allows to organize everything smoothly.
They do work offline contrary to many competitors (asana, basecamp).

Gives tons of free storage, which is kind of important for my team. APIs work pretty well.

Cons

Not the best purchase if you have a large team, would be pricey.

So much better than e-mail!

I can't imagine a better application for project management. We are doing a mass medium and Pyrus is perfect to keep track of what's going on with each publication (step 1 - we are reaching out to a potential author or expert; step 2 - we brainstorm on more specific questions for an expert; step 3 - the designer draws a picture of an expert; step 4 - one of the staff members edits of the article that was written; step 4 - website editor does proofreading and publishes the article on our website; step 5 - we translate this article to a different language; step 6 - we promote the article on social media). The "Announcements" section is great to post the notes from our weekly team meetings. I know that Pyrus has many more options for more complex tasks.

Pros

Pyrus is well-designed, I taught my team how to use it in less than 5 mins. The application for an iPhone is great.

Cons

No cons. So far I've noticed only one tiny bug while using Pyrus but it does not affect my team's work.

Great Product, Great Support, Great Everything!

Our company uses Pyrus internally for a number of processes - new opportunity tracking, expense reporting, AP invoice approval routing and integration, and more. We also have positioned Pyrus with over 100+ clients of ours, within a variety of verticals and solution sets.

Pros

Pyrus is a fantastic workflow and task management platform. We have partnered with Pyrus for almost 8 years now and every year it gets better and better. It is incredibly user-friendly, easy to configure, and provides great visibility into everyday tasks and processes essential for any company to remain effective and efficient.

Cons

The ONLY thing that I think can be improved, and know that it will, is the ability to customize the look/feel and layout of the forms.

Good value for money

The overall experience is very positive. I use Pyrus on a daily basis and I feel comfortable with it. Keep up the good work.

Pros

The software is very easy to use. It is possible to define the entire company structure with all the features assigned to every user. Super helpful for an internal approval of invoices. The customer service is always polite and attending.

Cons

The possibility of direct cooperation with Datev.

The company structure feature is often overlooked, but as you noted, it's extremely useful in controlling the security and capabilities of every user, as well as defining each user's role within the approval hierarchy. Regarding Datev, you are correct that we don't offer an off-the-shelf integration solution with them. The fact that it reminds me daily for things I need to approve for payment.

Getting better all the time

Pros

We administrate the accounting for dozens of healthcare businesses, so we see hundreds of bills every week. Using a single system without having to log in and out of each file is a huge time savings. I especially like that when a bill integrates into the QB file, I can retrieve the actual invoice in just seconds using the address string automatically attached to each entry.

Cons

We had some issue during installation that were terribly frustrating, luckily, they were able to address our concerns and find satisfactory resolutions.

Excellent tool for marketing teams

Pros

The versatility to transform into a better way to communicate through the marketing dept and the internal customer, reduces the use of email, minimize communication mistakes , the opportunity to have a perfect register of requests by dept, user, etc and to know exactly the operational time.

Cons

To have multiple days to finalize a task p.e. the designer has to finish the request on 3 days, and the social media guy has 5 days more.

Switched from Pipefy to Pyrus

I love it and it is way better than Pipefy.

Pros

When invoice is in Pyrus it autofills as much info for you as it can, and shows picture of the actual invoice side by side.

Cons

Not knowing all that it can do. Besides that I love it and use it with such ease!

Simple & Efficient

Pyrus has overall improved our organization and processing of AP and AR documentation. This has prevented us from having to put in extra hours of manual data entry as well as saving us on payroll expenses.

Pros

The extraction of data has been the most beneficial for us in that it is a huge time saver in assisting our processing of documents. Being able to access,view and process our documents in a variety of ways has also been very helpful.

Cons

In regards to our check processing and data extraction I see room for improvement, and we are continuing to work on that to better expedite the work as a whole. We've had a few struggles with things such as missing images or other data, but there is always a quick turn around for resolve which is a major plus!

Powerful tool to organize processes

It's an interesting combination of task management and BPM (business process management). Mobile apps are blazingly fast. They do work offline contrary to many competitors (asana, basecamp). Needs desktop client.
