Teamweek overview

Teamweek is a web-based solution for task scheduling, project management, and team planning. Users create and schedule tasks using the drag-and-drop interface, producing a color-coded timeline of the work to be completed. Team members can be sorted into groups, allowing for the creation of separate timelines for each group. Users can view tasks filtered by projects, their own tasks as a list or timeline, and a calendar of their team’s schedule in either a week or month view. Teamweek also displays if team members are overbooked, based on user-entered estimated task duration compared with a standard 8-hour workday.

Users can set different access rights for team members, determining whether they can edit or only view events and schedules. Teamweek also allows users to set public holidays for each team member, from a selection of different countries, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Italy, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, the UK, and the United States.

Integrations with Trello and Basecamp enable the import of users, tasks and projects, and Teamweek’s extension for Google Chrome allows users to send tasks from within Asana, Jira, GitHub, Bitbucket, and more to Teamweek, with the ability to set task start and end times, and assign them to users, or send, unassigned, to the backlog. An integration with Toggl also lets users track the time worked against their Teamweek schedules.

Fast Customer Service and Wonderfully Sleek Project Management Tool

It's really easy to use and it looks beautiful. It has 1 week, 1 month and 3 months view, so everyone can switch to either long- or short term planning. Teamweek is integrated with Basecam and Trello as well, and that's really important to us. They are still relatively new and could use some features. But they are developing fast and the customer support seems to really listen when we have given them feedback and feature requests.
