All things considered, Trackabi Timer has shown to be a dependable and successful time tracking tool. The app's extensive functionality and user-friendliness make it a useful resource for both individuals and organizations, even with a few minor sync difficulties.
The extensive reporting options and easy-to-use UI of Trackabi Timer are its strongest points. It is a useful tool for both individuals and teams because it is simple to log hours and manage projects. Its total usefulness is further increased by its smooth connection with other productivity tools.
Periodic sync problems can cause work flow disruptions and monitored time disparities, which can be very aggravating. To match the seamless experience of the desktop version, the mobile app could also need some further optimization.

It doesn't require much memory, so it loads quickly Easy to access check in and out, we can automatically assign the task before opening the app. Effortless we can check the previous task, what are the project which I am worked, also I can track the time which I took to complete the task separately. Very comfortable to create and change the task which I am working, we can edit the timer if we missed to add at any time.
sometimes giving some java error, but that will be resolved after restart the app.

The design looks good when compared to other products.

My overall experience with Trackabi has been positive due to its user-friendly interface, comprehensive time-tracking features, and efficient project management tools.
While Trackabi offers excellent time-tracking features, it could benefit from a more intuitive user interface to enhance the overall user experience.

The time tracking is really cool, It helps a lot to monitoring employees and learn about employees progress like how much time an employee need for a simple project and it's screen monitoring is best with the apps using time.
Need to be fast on starting, And some times some bugs like time tracking on going after shutting down the computer.

Overall Trackabi is a great tool for time tracking. It would be great if the app autostarts on Ubuntu, for some reason it doesn't start automatically. I have tried configuring the settings, but still, the autostart doesn't work.
We can add time manually in case our network connection fails and the time tracking doesn't happen.
Needs autostart feature on my PC boot, also there is a bug with dual boot os, time gets tracked according to the pc local time.

Timer capture is very poor more than time internal server error occurs. and timer display wrongly not occurate

Overall my experience with Trackabi is so much helpful and efficient in my workplace. Time management is very challenging for my task, but Tracabi helps me to control my timesheet daily for task management. It is so much useful for all IT sector job persons.
Auto time starts in the software every time I forget to start the time and record an analysis of all of my tasks with screenshots.
All over software using percentage no need at this software.

So far so good! It made my life easy in terms of tracking my work hours.
Trackabi is very easy to use. Its function and interface are very user-friendly and do not require much research. It accurately tracks the time and the pages I visited. Also, I love how the screenshot can be disabled specially I am not comfortable with it.
Sometimes it lags or taking a while for the desktop app to load.

It's good enough. But it's had some issues.
Taking screenshots in every five munities and helping us to operate everyone's activity.
It plays a bad role in tracking, like when I'm trying to talk with someone about work, but it stops in a few seconds. It's irritating enough.
If you need to allow longer idle time without the timer pausing, you should increase the timer tolerance setting. It may be not available for regular employees but can be changed by a manager. It's not a bug, it's just how it was set up.

Overall I am very glad that we were able to find trackabi for what it is it check almost all of our boxes I highly recommend it and have let several people within my industry that are small business owners know about it so they can help scale their operation and allow for time tracking as well as some of the other benefits that the software has built in
It allows my remote workforce to be mindful of their time, track the projects that are being worked on and allows me the ability to make an informed decision when it comes to tracking hours worked
I wish there was more of HR functionality built in like the ability to use it to onboard employees, integrate with a payment platform so I can pay my staff and have some ability to aid with the hiring process whether it be allowing applications for employment or other processes that help with hiring

It's a must have tool for any business. It's extremely easy to use and having the ability to see logged time per project is very helpful when discussing time spent with a customer.
Trackabi is really easy to use. The screenshot feature has come in handy on several occasions where I knew developers were not doing what they said they were doing. Before Trackabi, developers would login and leave their computer and stay clocked in, now it auto logs off if no activity is taking place. Saves us $$$!
Screenshots could be better quality. I understand why they are lower quality, space reasons I'm sure, but in my opinion there should be an option to store high resolution versions of the screenshots.

The app is very simple yet very powerful. It has become a critical app for us where in we use it daily.
If they can add the functionality of importing timesheet via csv or zapier then that would make it perfect.

I like how the UI is shown and the time entrance is so easy to use with the combination of the self-explanatory settings this app will become the everyday use for any company. I use more project and time management so this is a plus to have both features combined as it reduces the time to use two separate applications or Excel documents. The way this system was created provides an advantage over other platforms.
As with all web applications, there are improvements needed to create a robust platform. I would suggest including a more detailed roadmap to educate the users on what Trackabi is working on and the improvements to deliver. Right now there are some gaps that I know will be covered soon as the use of the project feature needs some improvement to automate the data input.

Helpful multiple project expense management and collecting effective marketing insights through Trackabi its amazing and the data management capability is also effective.
The Trackabi expense and the project management capabilities are effective and quite easy to track time and create clean data analytics.Trackabi also helps on effective websites activity tracking and the ability to monitor projects operations and reporting the platform is excellent.

It is an easy application to implement and start running with your work team. You have many options. I would like to see the measurement of work in real time.
It is an excellent application and has many customization options. It's good for tracking your team's work remotely.
Things I wish they had and don't have right now:1) Google Chrome extension, where you can see in real time if the people in your work team are online or offline (in real time). And the time they have worked. This is what screenshot monitor has. And it would be great if they have it inside trackabi.

To create tasks and control the time spend on them. All this gives and opportunity to build detailed time worked reports and share them with others.
The web application is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. There is also a desktop cross-platform version of the system.A functionality to plan vacations, sick-leaves etc. with request-approval feature makes it possible create company leave schedules. Private and team visual dashboards allow users to see personal and team workflows and take actions if necessary. The killer feature of the solution is a desktop app that tracks all the running apps, browsers tabs, parces opened websites. This tracker is paused when there is no activity on the screen or the screen is locked.
There is no integration with trello dashboards.
