Training the company in the use of Buildium has delayed the full integration of Happy inspector. However, some staff have learnt it on their own and love it!

Wish the completed reports would directly tie into the property unit profile. Wish you could receive an email notifying when a report was submitted.

We are still learning the features. Although the app is intuitive, it is hard to change old processes for move-outs and walkthroughs

It is important we just haven’t used it yet. It helps keep track of quarterly inspections with our Maintenance Team.

It allows us to upload property inspections into Buildium to assist in the management of rental properties

It doesn't transfer the information directly into Buildium, which is a bummer.
