Pros and cons
Am very happy with the experience - love that I can always relay on the communication from the BSPORT team and that there are always improvements happening.
The team at Bsport are amazing, they are well informed, all queries are answered quickly and to such a high standard. The tutorials are brilliant also.
I needed a booking software that was modern and easy to use. The bsport team is young, fun, and super responsive.
Some clients have had trouble adding payment details and had to try more than a couple of times. Occasionally the translations into English are a little unclear and can cause confusion.
No mobile application device for studio owners.
The UX on customer side is REALLY clunky. Basic failures in UX (size of CTAs, payment process) makes it a bit of a flop compared to the incredible promise its engine holds.
