Fitbudd has been great to date. I've used other softwares like Trainerize and Everfit, and I find Fitbudd the nicest looking and easiest to use. Also, the support has been out of this world. On the other apps, even during the trial, it took a while to get a response even by chat. With Fitbudd, I've been on countless calls during my prep phase, they provide resources, and they are always available to hop on a call...with a REAL PERSON...whenever I need help.
It's so easy to use, the interface is clean, and you get your own website thrown in! I am not a tech person, I'm just trying to use technology to execute my work. This is exactly what I needed to be able to serve my clients best!
I would like if there was a meal logging feature for clients to input outside of a set meal plan. As of now, I will have them do it all by messaging. I would like to put my 1:1 coaching service on the "Plans/Programs" page, where people can then be directed to the initial call, but I cannot do so without putting a price. As this is a high-ticket service, I'd rather not put the price on the web page, but only share it once the call is complete.

Futbudd does not care if you are successful or not everything they care about how they are remunerated. No follow up on how the app is working. They can see on their platform, a mis payment, but ignore the performance of app with the company.
The fitbit, my god It is 2022, the context is complicated, for someone who has technical experience. Even me, getting a code from Google then God knows where, I haven't had time to go all around good to connect a simple fit it tracker. By consenting to connect to Fit Tracker, it is not necessary to go through all these hassles. Paying 99$ and yet you get a website is still branded with Fitbudd. The team wants to put you out there, once you provide whatever information to start your app, they lunch the with whatever information without verifying or improvement nor advice on how to make it stand out. In my opinion For this price per month, the design of the webpage should have designed more attractive.
The fact that the user needs to put the description of all exercises.

I am pleased with the app and the fact it’s consistently improving. The best feature is having a white label app on Apple and Google.
Logging in nutrition without a third party
Not being able to change information such as previous check-ins, the start dates, no monthly calendar view, more information in the nutrition section.

Most trainers use 2 apps for their coaching – one to build out workout templates/programs and another one for clients to log food. FitBudd has both in one app, which was what made me choose them. The customer service team is also very responsive and helpful. App is reasonably priced and they’ll even give you a 30 day trial to see how you like it before you but it. They will even help you design your website!
Id love an app for trainers/coaches so I can easily get notifications when a client messages me back, etc instead of having to login on my laptop or Google Chrome on my phone to check periodically. Otherwise it’s amazing!

They are a great company, the software works well, the apps they help you create are very customizable and have a great appearance. The customer see is top notch. I would recommend this company to any fitness or wellness professional looking to create a more sophisticated online presence.
They have an excellent customer support team. I always speak with an actual human being and it has never taken them more than a couple of hours to get back to me with a solution for whatever issue I am having.
There are a few minor tweaks that could be made to the software to make it more easy usable, but they are constantly updating and enhancing things so I expect to see all of the small issues that I have seen fixed in a short period of time.

I just started in August and I haven't even launched my site officially yet. I need to get a few more pieces of information and understand how to run the site more and what customers can expect and what I can expect before I start getting money from clients.
FitBudd is very user friendly and what I was looking for. I used another platform previously but this one seemed more of a better fit for me professionally and personality-wise.
I don't like that I have to connect with team members for questions so early in the day and that we are on different sides of the world. I wish there was some type of chat box for questions needing to be answered quickly instead of an online video call.

I'm still new to the software and still getting accustomed to it, but it expands my reach as a trainer, especially just starting out.
I love how easy it is to set up and customize your page. It only took minutes to get everything set up and ready to launch. The hardest part was linking PayPal, and that because I was doing it from my phone. All the features are basically self explanatory and the tutorials cover everything anyway. App is simple to navigate for users. Also I really like getting notifications by email every time there's a message or someone signs up.
The exercise library isn't as extensive as I had initially assumed, so I'm putting in a lot of work there, but overall that's not a huge issue. I do wish there was a calorie calculator tool so I didn't have to rely on one from outside. Tracking calories/macros in-app would be ideal.

I feel like I’ve been able to take business to a new level without struggling so much on the admin side. I find it easier to focus on client relationships.
I absolutely love how easy the software is to use form payment plan set up for your site, making workouts, applying meal and workout schedules to clients or automating things; everything is very easy to do. The client app is very simple to navigate as well, I feel like I have better control over my business.
There are a few functions that you may not get such as a community option like Facebook or being notified when clients miss or complete a workout. I wish clients could view a workout library themselves as well. I don’t think these things impact the overall quality of the app though as a lot of additions are coming, the developer team is extremely engaging!

FitBudd has been nothing but professional and helpful in setting up the app from the IT side. I even received assistance above and beyond informative webinars and articles. My issues with the app falls on my shoulders due to not investing the appropriate amount of time and attention needed to turn leads into paying customers. I am appreciative of the ease in which I can continue to pay for the services provided while I move closer and closer to taking my app to the next level.All in all, if you put in the effort, you will have great success operating your app through FitBudd.They are excellent in customer service.
ALLOW OTHER FITNESS TRACKERS TO CONNECT TO THE APP. ANDROID COMPATIBLE LINK IS MISSINGI would want a feature to send group emails to leads in one click. An automation email to leads that I can customize to offer deals and sales. This would make it easier than cutting and pasting each email address to an external email source.Secondly, create, modify, and assign schedules on the go.Lastly, more templates for nutrition and the ability to upload cooking videos and sell them through the package plans. Sometimes the nutrition and meal planning is more important to some clients and having the ability to purchase instructional videos from their trainer in reference to nutrition, would be a lucrative add on to packages.

Overall I love the platform and my clients are very happy with the functionality of it. Maybe some improved notifications on the user app would motivate clients to log in more frequently, such as exercise reminders, motivational quotes, or other prompts.
I love the user interface for FitBudd and the ease of use when designing programs for my clients, and a companion website through which to sell my programs and training packages. It is streamlined, they’re continually improving and adding new things to the platform, and overall it was fairly easy to get my clients on board with paying through the app.
Just a few small things missing, most of which I’ve found my own easy workarounds for such as needing a notes section in a clients profile, a better categorization system for the exercise library, and a more filled out nutrition section such as a recipe library. It is a lot of work to manually put in recipes for each meal a client is going to eat, and converting those recipes to imperial measurements. I would also love some way to integrate affiliate links to other products I use and get a kickback for when my clients purchase.

I'm fairly happy and definitely enjoy the fact that they respond and make changes we ask for
Nutrition and fitness all in one place so my clients only need 1 app

Amazing experience so far. Loads of great things about the app that can make your online PT business run nicely and smoothly.
We just signed up with FitBudd and are currently in the free trial. We're amazed at how quickly and easily we can use the app compared with other software we were trying to use. Very easy to navigate, you can customize your app whichever way you want and most importantly, once it's published, it goes live immediately! No need for approval from Android or IOS. All in one, nutrition and training. You can contact the clients directly through the app and track their workouts, training and overall progress. There are a lot more great features that we're looking forward to explore and learn. Excellent investment. You can save a lot of your time by doing it all by yourself. Quick and efficient.
So far leaving a really good impression, however exercise part could include some motivational cues and encouragement for the training client.

So far FitBudd has been everything I need and already done for you and simple to change out branding and template to start using their services fairly quick.
The initial call was great and I was paying for another app that I wasn't seeing the financial benefits for and happy that I was able to easily set up my site myself and use FitBudd instead of the other app that cost more but doesn't offer an easy done for you set up, that I skipped the trial and started the set up the 1st day.
I wished there was a way to build your own community like a Facebook group, so that I don't have to keep the other app that offers that feature.

Though I'm very new to the software and program, the big thing for me is their communication. We hit a few hiccups during the development phase (for my app), and the fact they were always reaching out, giving me updates, even scheduling video calls with me for better communication; you can't ask for much more. Especially when you've no idea how to do this and "putting your business in the hands of someone you don't know." Very comforting.
The fact I wanted my own app, but had no clue how to do so, FitBudd helped me to change that. Their support team is excellent at getting back in a very timely fashion & staying in contact with updates and info. Especially during the development phase.
I honestly don't know yet; as I've only just begun using the software

I now can streamline everything in my business. I am someone that uses pen and paper and the old filing system, Fitbudd has shown me how to get more done in a short space of time. Besides the business side of things, they have shown me that even though we are on opposite sides of the world they support my business and me as a human being which is rare to find in life let alone online these days.
Fitbudd is easy to use. I loved that the whole setup process is easy to follow. The Fitbudd team is super helpful which makes a huge difference when it comes to moving your business online for the first time. I love the fact that I can now train my clients from anywhere in the world.
I definitely think that there is room for a couple of improvements to make this app stand out from all of the others but overall there is nothing I can complain about.

Great customer service and guidance through every step of the process.
This software is catered to coaches being able to best serve their clients.
I’m looking forward to the possibility of a “meal roulette”. Any time a client doesn’t know what to eat for a meal they can press a randomize button that will give them a meal from one of our meal plans.

It's be just ok. I'm still looking at alternatives.
the library database is a good feature, and probably the best feature on the site. I also like the ability to build my own app, although it take 30-45 days or more to implement so I haven't made the change because I dont want to wait on the transition time.
Everything else. Building workouts, library, and schedules is redundant in the manner in which you are adding to your library, then adding to your workouts, then still have to add to the schedule…. It's very time consuming. But the choice fo workouts in the library is fairly abundant. There are still many things of which I'd like to customize, but there isn't a way to do that unless I take hours to shoot film and specifically edit them for each workout. Time consuming when all you want to do is train clients.

The experience has been great, they are helpful and quick to reply. The one downside of a start-up is that they have been promising new features, but keep having delays.
It's extremely easy to use and clients can get sorted out immediately. An extensive exercise library makes it easy to create workouts (you may need to look for the exercises as they may have used different names than what you are used to).
The added 50$ for the on-demand feature is very steep especially as the normal subscription is only 99$ for the entire app + white label. There is no space for manual activity tracking or comments with each exercise from a specific workout. More integration of smartwatches would be preferred. They are responsive on their helpline, but in the Facebook group they advertise, hardly any customer service help is given there. The nutrition part is hardly used by my clients as it's not as extensive as my fitness pal (recipe creation is hard for instance)
