quickbooks doesn't recognize pre pays, so if a customer wants to split payment by card and cash you have to manually enter the cash vs just sending the invoice over as payment due less the cash portion

With just the click of a button, I am able to send a customer to QuickBooks; which means I do not have to manually add each customer multiple times!

This is where all our accounting is done. It was critical that our staff was not doing double entries. We have found however that the street address, phone number, email, products/services do not transfer into our customer database in QuickBooks & our existing products/services in QuickBooks which does require some entry & editing by our staff. It is considerably less however than them typing in handwritten work orders.

our shop still uses quickbooks online for bookkeeping, payroll, inventory, and reporting. integration is important until ari can fully replace these functions in the future.

There is better solution out there that would be much better in my opinion. I prefer square over 360 but that is the only way i can have in person card ready that works with ARI. I would choose that for in person pos over 360 payments any day.
