Pros and cons

So far so good, the people who work for the company have been super helpful with setting it all up.
I especially love their customer support and client success divisions. Great people, always willing to help when we need.
Take the free trial and you will understand that this is a great product, the best value for money.
The entire process was really frustrating - exacerbated by the fact I was on a different timezone to their support teams.
The worst part of the reply platform is that once you segment in a list it pulls it out from the prior list. This makes ongoing reporting difficult.
I never write reviews for anything, and my experience with Reply has finally pushed me to be angry enough to do so.
