Get a discount and you have a winner. All the other endpoints are big, bulky slow tanks that will fire upon every kind of thing they don't know, slowing your everyday work. ESET is different!

We have used Eset for over 15 years now, and it's robust Anti Virus programme, combined with top notch helpdesk is a winning formula. On the rare occasion you need to contact their support, they are quick, precise and incredibly helpful.

ESET monitors our devices effectively and keeps all potential threats away. It shows very few alerts or pop-ups and does not cause the computers to slow down. It is relatively easy to set up compared to its competitors. However, we experience some false positive notifications which might cause unnecessary panic.

It is quick to scan and provide alerts on time to prevent infections. However, computers with low storage and RAM might be a bit slow.

Eset for centralized antimalware management

Craig F.:                                              Hi, I'm Craig. I'm the president of the company. We're in the telecommunications industry. I would give ESET a four out of five.
                                                       Before we used ESET, we were using Symantec Endpoint Protection. We were just finding that viruses were getting through. We had to make a change, and we chose ESET.
                                                       There were a couple of reasons. I mean, first of all, it was easy to use. It had a nice centralized management server. But the key thing for us is just it caught the viruses. I mean, it was catching things that other products that we were trying just would not catch.
                                                       Installing the control server itself was a little difficult, but we were able to get through that. Installing the client was super simple.
                                                       Make sure you reach out to ESET and get their assistance in setting up the server because if the server is set up correctly, it makes everything else very smooth.

Frank:                                                 Good morning. My name is Frank. I'm an EVP for a systems integrator and I rate ESET Endpoint Security product as five out of five. We moved off our other products because of our concerns of the resources that they were taking up, as well as that heavy footprint on each of the computers we were using. When we moved over to ESET, those were no longer issues.
                                                       The reason we chose ESET was because of the impact on the CPU and resource requirements that were no longer there. And most important to us was the ESET support team that is always available to help if you have any questions or issues with the product.
                                                       When we onboarded ESET to our organization, we had two choices: on-premise or in the Cloud. We decided to go with the on-premise solution. To us, this was an easier deployment to replace the existing AV that we were currently running. We eventually will be moving over to the ESET Cloud solution.
                                                       We recommend ESET if you're looking to run the solution on-prem or in the Clouds. This is a solution that will meet your security needs for now and in the future.
