Stamps.com has been one of the greatest services that I have used in my company. It is so nice to just go to your desktop and print out your stamps and weigh your envelopes and packages.

You are automatically signed up for the premium service, without them telling you, rather than the basic. Cancelled it and I was charged again for a service fee to cancel.

                                                       Prior to using Stamps, I would always go to the post office. Always scared I would misweigh something and something would come back. I didn't really have any other business to use, so I decided to use Stamps, and it was the way to go. I got out of my fears.
                                                       If you want to save time, save money actually, and have a post office at your house, that's the way to go, because that's why I chose it. I got over my fear of misweighing something and having something come back. Everything's user-friendly, everything's on point. And why not do it from the comfort of your own home?
                                                       Stamps is easy to get a hold of. Stamps.com, download it, sign up, email. Same old, same old. They give you equipment, you weigh stuff, print out labels. It's easy as 1, 2, 3. Anybody could do it.
                                                       If you like to save time on running errands, waiting in line at the post office, having stamps.com at home is the way to go. Take everything, you can multitask, have all your packages ready to go and shipped out. I recommend Stamps, definitely.

We actually weren't using any kind of software, quite like Stamps.com before we acquired it. It was a purchase that was born out of the pandemic, back in May of 2020. We deal with a lot of merchandise and gifts for our Board of Directors and because we were trying to avoid any public contact, that was the original decision that we made the purchase. Ultimately it became a stream blind way of dealing with our merch and yearly gifts to the Board of Directors. So we looked at a few different products and Stamps.com seemed to be the most aligned with our mission as an organization we're focused on a lot of different social justice initiatives. One of the key factors was the fact that it was directly linked to the United States Postal Service. It's also a pretty simple platform in terms of once you get it, it makes a lot of sense and it's pretty quick and easy.
                                                       The implementation process can be a little daunting and overwhelming as somebody who had never dealt with this kind of software before, learning the ropes of how the step by step process to actually getting the shipments out week by week was a little complicated. But once I understood it and once I had really spent some time with the software, the implementation towards the end wound up being a lot easier than I first experienced. So if you're looking at Stamps.com, I would just recommend that you know everything about the shipping world and shipping merchandise out from your company or organization. I didn't know lot of things and so going in, I was a little uneducated and blind. So if you're looking for this kind of product, I would definitely recommend that you educate yourself as to how all of the different pieces of actually getting merch out into the world operate.
