It saved us from chaos

We had a complete lack of information about deliveries status. When a problem arised, the angry customer would let us know. We had perfect control for in-house activities, and zero control for field activities. This system was adapted to the particularities of our business and integrated with our IT in no time, and now we have perfect control of all our deliveries, with digital PoD uploaded instantly to our systems,

Pros

Real time information about the status of each delivery, directly from driver's smartphones.

Cons

You should be careful with communication to subcontractors. In the first respones, they can offer high change resistance if you don't tell them the advantages of using third-party software for both parts to demonstrate that work is done.

Solucionamos procesos de supervisión de Obras y procesos de prevención de daños por terceros integrado con SAP.

Pros

La dinámica de creación de flujos de trabajos, un sistema simple de diseño, con interfaz muy cómoda para usuarios no programadores.

Cons

Me gustaría tener mayor capacidad de gráficos, creo que ahí se cae un poco, pero no mucho. Los reportes dinámicos son buenísimos para la gestión en vivo, pero los gráficos, un poco engorrosos

Producto versátil y adaptable a las necesidades de la empresa

Pros

Sobre este producto destacaría la versatilidad que ofrece para adaptarse a los distintos procesos de una empresa. Particularmente, nos ha ayudado a detectar fallos y reducir la tasa de errores en envíos, también hemos reducido el tiempo de gestión aumentando productividad, al igual que se ha aumentado la coordinación y comunicación entre departamentos. Su API proporciona la posibilidad de ampliar funciones a nivel más especifico. Finalmente destacar sobretodo el componente humano que te acompaña de una manera ágil y amigable en las dudas que te surgen durante la implantación, algo de vital importancia, gracias al departamento comercial y soporte a usuario.

Cons

Enriquecería algunos de los componentes en los formularios, pero entiendo que es por algo muy especifico de mi empresa.
