What is eShow?

eShow is a web-based event management software that helps businesses to manage hybrid, live, or virtual events such as tradeshows, conferences, training, and more. Features include badge creation, ticketing, reporting, chat, certification management, event analytics, and committee management.

The application enables managers to handle attendees, exhibitors, and speakers and manage the entire registration process through forms, authentication, tiered pricing, and secured financial transactions. With eShow’s RFID tracking system, team members can determine the floor participation and collect time, date, location, direction, and demographic details about every attendee. It lets organizers create a variety of booth structures, customize them by selecting various color styles and backgrounds, upload ads or videos, and educate participants about products through images, webcasts, discount coupons, and more.

eShow offers integration with several third-party AMS and CRM applications including Aptify, Association Anywhere, MemberClicks, Novi, and more. Attendees can use mobile applications to view floor plans, search exhibitors by category, booth number, or name, read speaker bios, and take notes.
