It's been an absolute game changer allowing us to move this business from an outdated, unorganized process into a modern and streamline system with much better communication between office and reps. I have never had such good customer service as we have had with Steven. It's stellar!
It syncs perfectly with Quickbooks so our outside sales reps can easily see inventory. Steven has been the absolute best with customer service, onboarding and even follow up long after his initial job is completed!
If an order is placed in house, it sometimes doesn't sync with the reps app so doesn't show accurate balance for customer's account.

Initially, everything was okay, but as we started using their system and finding issues, it became apparent that they did not have their house in order, nor did they have a reliable system. Most of the so-called features of the product do no work or have issues
Lots of promises from InSitu. No real solutions.
Their team does not accept any responsibility for their flawed system. They do not live up to their promises. OVERPROMISE, UNDERDELIVER

InSitu Sales enables me to focus on higher level priorities while knowing that the fulfillment side of the house is receiving orders seamlessly. Long gone are the days of receiving an order in an email and having to stop to enter the order into QuickBooks. I know that my team will receive an email from InSitu once the order has been placed so that the transaction can be realized, in some cases, on the same day.
InSitu Sales enables my field reps to enter their orders at any hour of the day with confidence that the office will have the order ready for fulfillment within the next business day.
Using groups in QuickBooks makes the inventory management system useless

I would highly recommend (and have already) this software for a company that requires multiple department communication and accessibility for sales transactions.
As a self distributing micro brewery, there are many functions to executing the sale and delivery of our products to customers. Before we started with Insitu, we were utilizing approximately 3 different platforms to perform one transaction for our sales team. InSitu has helped increase our sales team efficiency and daily workflow with having everything we need in one place.
There are a few hiccups in the software that we have experienced, however the InSitu customer service has been impeccable with resolving our issues. [sensitive content hidden] is a great resource for us to have communication with and works diligently to respond to our questions and navigation when we do come across an issue.

Very easy to implement and use with the automatic quickbooks sync and update functions, we only need to worry about keeping 1 software updated and insitu pulls the info from quickbooks.
The UI aesthetics could use some work, as well as some further filtering when ordering products such as expiration dates & lot numbers.

No support and false advertising of app capabilities.
Only the invoicing can be added departments.
It is truly an app that needs a lot of fixes and through the years has been a frustrating experience to get to point A to point B in a lap of 4 years still working on the same flaws with no accurate resolutions.

Good product and has saved us countless hours in data entry. Also it eliminates in mathematical errors when my sales reps are creating invoices.
The best thing for our business is it’s integration with quickbooks desktop. It saves us probably 50 hours or more a month in data entry
There are some bugs with the integration and also it does not handle credits or tax very well when integrating with quickbooks.

InSitu provided us a great comfort to setup b2b sales web site, track sales and communicate with customers.
Customer service is outstanding. We are a multi-continent company that uses many different time zones. No matter when i have a question or stuck at some point live help was there to solve it out.
More customization options for the b2b web site would be cool. As they consantly improve, more features will be available I believe.

Overall experience is acceptable.
Very easy to use especially the mobile app. Any sales rep could use it without lots of training. The mobile app is very user friendly, all the icons are big and bold. Also, it does not to be connected all the time to the internet. You can use it offline, once connected to the internet, the app will sync with the server. Unlike Odoo, if not online or it has poor network connection you cannot bill a customer.
Invoice does not print properly, it does not give you the total number of items billed. Name of the customer does not print on the invoice, and you cannot customize anything. Support not responding neither on emails nor on phone calls. It does not have an automatic integration with Odoo.

We've just gotten started but already it has provided our field sales people with so much information at their finger tips and allows them to quickly respond to our customers questions.
This product does so many things for field sales people and does them well! It serves as a quoting, order taking, B2B ecommerce and even CRM tool. Synchronizes our field sales activities with our website and our inside office accounting software. The Insitu techincal support team are great! They work extremely hard to constantly improve their product with stronger features and functionality. We plan to continue to migrate all of our company divisions onto this system.
There are a few "bugs" but the Insitu team work tirelessly to fix them.

Very friendly and helpful customer service.
My salespeople needed a software that works offline and can be uploaded at a later date. As they frequently travel they do not always have internet access and making a client wait for spotty internet to kick it was unprofessional and annoying. This is an easy to use system that can be used for the salesperson on the go anytime, anywhere.
There were some issues occasionally with invoices failing to import into quickbooks and we needed to look out for that.

I was using a different product before that was designed for use on a PDA which was really a great product before Microsoft went to Windows 7. The developer decided to stop supporting it and I was left with nothing to do but start searching for a new product. I looked at a few things but they were all too expensive. Then I discovered InsituSales and thought I would give it a try. Man am I glad I did. At first there were some issues, but they were always there for me and whenever I asked them to add a feature or just show me how to do something they were on it.
Ease of everything. Customer service is very good. Price is Right.
I guess learning how to use it in the beginning, but once I got started it was a pleasure.

After our old software was no longer being supported, the switch to InSitu Sales has helped to make us more efficient while providing the customer a detailed, professional invoice.

The time to make certain changes in the software can be lengthy. Need more personal training on how to use new features in the system.
