“What I like least about Hostfully is that some useful features still feel a bit limited or could be more flexible — for example, the stay dates still appear only in English in the variables, we have to manually change it in each message; it’s also currently impossible to assign a new booking to a returning guest without re-entering all their details; there are quite a few duplicates, and the system doesn’t consolidate similar inquiries from the same person.”
