What is VisitUs Reception?

VisitUs is visitor management software used to sign-in visitors and staff with an iPad, web or mobile. Organizations can greet visitors with a professional sign-in experience that is tailored to their business, send SMS and email notifications when a visitor arrives, record visitor information, get NDA Agreements signed, print visitor badges, manage evacuations, and more.

VisitUs users can send / receive SMS and email notifications as soon as a visitor arrives, which include useful information such as the visitor’s photo and their contact details. Users are also able to sign out visitors once they have left the site, via email and SMS. Time consuming site inductions and non-disclosure agreements (NDA) can be signed via mobile device, enabling businesses to quickly induct and vet employees and visitors.

Organizations can also print visitor passes instantly and as soon as guests sign in, which display important information including their photo, the name of the person they are visiting, and a unique QR Code which allows them to sign out in a flash. VisitUs passes are designed to fit perfectly into a standard lanyard pouch and can be customized with a company logo. The platform also enables delivery notifications which are sent whenever a package or letter arrives, and each delivery is recorded in the system. VisitUs also offers an offline mode, enhanced evacuation features, VIP / security alerts, Active Directory sync, and mobile visitor management.
