What is Apivom Iris?
Apivom Iris is a general-purpose customer success platform and CRM. It runs the sales pipeline (table, board, and dashboard views), automates subscription-renewal reminders and opportunities grouped by company/vendor/month, generates quotes and tax invoices with hosted-checkout payments (card data never reaching Apivom), and connects directly to vendor and partner systems such as Autodesk, Dassault Systemes, HubSpot, Zoho, and Dynamics 365 - including automating partner-portal work like Autodesk deal registration - without being limited to those integrations. A support desk with business-hours SLAs, a customer portal, and shared Microsoft 365 mailboxes round out day-to-day customer operations.
