Pros and cons

I am happy I did as it has greatly improved our online presence and marketing ability. They have great sites, built us our own app and send us great flyers to market our business to our customers.
The customer support is amazing - any time we have had an issue arise it is super easy to contact someone to either fix an order or update a menu item.
Overall we are very pleased with the company and the service. We have an account executive that works with us hand and hand, and the technical team is great as well.
We have been slowly trying to add photos of our food but it's hard to get them to all look the same so the website can look a bit sloppy.
Secondly, I dislike the fact that we’re not able to integrate our Blogic Pos system with owners.
Can’t think of a single negative. Our year anniversary is end of June.
