What is REVIEWS.io?
Reviews.io is a review collection tool for companies to collect merchant (company) & product reviews from genuine customers, then share these on Google. The service provides companies with insightful feedback on themselves as a company and the products that they offer.
Features include automatic review collection and review publishing; review photo collection and publishing; Google and Bing seller ratings; and Google product listing ads. Reviews.io also includes rich snippets which can improve CTR and attract targeted users. Users can create Facebook review ads, Google review ads and carry out sentiment analysis.
To help with review solicitation, Reviews.co.uk provides customized review invitations for companies to send out. Review collection pages are mobile-ready and the process itself is kept simple for maximum participation from customers. Once received, reviews and star ratings are displayed on Google and Bing as a direct link to the company page. Reviews are also displayed on a company's profile page on the Reviews.co.uk website. It is here that companies can reply to reviews individually.
Reviews.iok's review maps provide companies with the opportunity to display how far-wide their services and products are enjoyed. Map images can be shared on social networks such as Twitter and Facebook.
