What is lexoffice?
lexoffice is a bookkeeping platform aimed at German freelancers and small business owners. Its modular pricing structureallows users to choose between Invoice & Finance, Accounting & Reports, or Accounting & Payroll, the latter being the most complete of the three pricing plans.
Features of lexoffice include quote management, online banking, payment reconciliation, document management, and customer and supplier management. The interface provides a dashboard for finances, accounts, and tasks. Invoices are generated within a few clicks and receipts and documents can be captured automatically thanks to the Scan app. If the company is working internationally, German-language documents can be translated to English with the click of a button. This functionality is available for invoices, quotes, order confirmations, delivery notes, and recurring invoices.
The Android and iOS apps are available free of charge. Data backup, updates, and support are all included with no additional fee.
