It has saved me many many hours when it comes to compiling and distributing board books before each meeting.  Especially love that you can replace/edit a document rather quickly and easily without disrupting the order/pagination of the book like it would have occurred when compiling a book using Word or Adobe.

My overall experience with Diligent Boards is one of the best I have ever had!  I have worked with corporate boards for over 25 years and this is by far the most "intelligent" platform I have ever used.  Being able to construct a board book, make changes, control the access of not only the book but of individual documents and having multiple platforms to view materials (web, mobile, etc.) make Diligent a hands-down choice for me.

To date DB has proven to be reliable and secure solution for board management, streamlining corporate document sharing, meeting preparation, and governance processes. While there is a learning curve for new users, the platform’s efficiency, strong security protocols, it is like using MS OneNote.
