With PTminder businesses can schedule and display online classes on a calendar, accessible by both trainers and members. Each member gets a personalized account to keep a track of their booking history, scheduled appointments, trainer communications, making payments and more. Members can then register and book their place for a class as per their convenience and place availability. Training facilities can create and manage a central database of member details. PTminder is capable of recording both offline and online payments allowing facilities to accept membership payments via cash, credit cards or via direct bank transfer.
With PTminder, training facilities can create customizable membership packages to cater different set of audiences. Facilities can also set up an online store to sell these membership packages, special training programs, and training equipment to their members. The solution automatically sends class reminders to both trainers and attendees to reduce no-shows and improve class attendance. Apart from these, the solution is also capable of tracking member's progress through out the entire training session. Business can also generate ad hoc reports for analyzing key trends and monitoring business progress.
