Value for money rating:
Of 113 reviews that provide robust commentary on STACK's price and value, 51% mention it in a positive light.
Some users say STACK offers good value for the price, especially appreciating its customization options for material pricing and the ability to tailor the software to specific business needs. Reviewers indicate that the software helps them remain competitive and profitable by improving accuracy and reducing the need for external take-offs, which they feel justifies the cost. Users think the inclusion of training and ongoing feature upgrades without significant price increases adds to its value. Some reviewers find STACK reasonably priced compared to other options, and they appreciate its flexibility and cloud-based access. Reviewers appreciate that STACK can help optimize resources and reduce operational costs, and some say it is more affordable than other software with similar features.
However, some users report that STACK’s pricing is steep, particularly for small businesses, startups, or infrequent users, and they wish for more flexible or lower-cost plans. Some reviewers feel the cost increases for additional users are excessive and that there are not enough discounts for multi-user accounts. Users think the annual or monthly fees can be hard to justify for limited use, and some indicate frustration with price hikes and reduced feature access after renewal. Some reviewers feel the value is diminished by missing or confusing pricing functionalities and the need to pay extra for certain features.

“we use Procore to manage projects and having our estimates line up with production is critical. Unfortunately at present Stack is only integrating project names so we are manually entering project budget information from stack to Procore. Not sure if it's an oversight on our end, an unimplemented piece of the integration, or a limitation of Stack but”
